it's sendai, japan, 2014.

for some reason, witches are everywhere in sendai. it may have something to do with the witch that caused the tohoku earthquake - man, walpurgisnacht was bad.

but that's in the past, sendai's rebuilt and all is well, except for the magi who should be witches roaming the streets with no one even noticing that they're there.
